THE FIRST GENERATION OF THERMOSTATIC MIXERS

The TAKUMIZIMA thermostatic shower faucet was launched in 2008.
It solved the problem of sudden cold and hot water temperatures when water pressure or flow rate changes during showering, while also introducing the smart 38°C temperature setting of the thermostatic system, providing users with the most comfortable shower experience.

THE SECOND GENERATION OF THERMOSTATIC MIXERS

From 2009 to 2010, the second-generation thermostatic mixer was developed.
Based on the 38°C temperature setting of the first-generation thermostatic technology, a safety stop button was added to ensure precise temperature control of the thermostatic shower faucet. Users could set the shower temperature based on personal preferences, physical condition, and different seasons.
With the addition of Smooth Moving technology, the handle operation became smoother and more stable, providing an excellent experience both in operation and during showering.

THE THIRD GENERATION OF THERMOSTATIC MIXERS

From 2011 to 2014, the third-generation thermostatic mixer was continuously improved and upgraded based on the second generation.
The cold-sensing technology in the thermostatic shower faucet helped the external body temperature align with the preset water temperature during showering. The Anti-Scalding function could automatically shut off hot water immediately when cold water was cut off suddenly, reducing the risk of burns to zero, providing a relaxing and safe shower experience.

THE FOURTH GENERATION OF ROTARY THERMOSTATIC MIXERS

In 2015-2016, TAKUMIZIMA made breakthrough progress in R&D for thermostatic mixer products.
TAKUMIZIMA created a new generation of intelligent thermostatic chambers, multi-functional connectors, and wall-mounted thermostatic mixers.
The thermostatic chambers feature self-cleaning functions and removable designs to effectively prevent calcification and impurities. Its titanium nickel elements are extremely sensitive. In 0.2 seconds, the water temperature deviation is controlled to approximately ± 1°C for accurate temperature regulation.
The multi-functional S-Connecter can control water flow, source size, adjust water pressure, and prevent impurities that could cause thermostat malfunctions, achieving the best showering effect.

Wall-Mounted Thermostatic Shower System

The new integrated system from TAKUMIZIMA makes the installation of thermostatic mixers on walls easier, even before tiling or plastering, and allows for the correct adjustment of the valve position and guidance for the required depth of the wall cavity. The safety system protects the mixer from debris and allows easy access for maintenance and replacement of cartridges and filters.

Sequential Design
The overall and sequential design of TAKUMIZIMA faucets includes bathroom sink faucets, thermostatic shower systems, bathtub faucets, and bathroom accessories, all of which are suitable for various bathroom styles.
Surface Treatment
TAKUMIZIMA’s thermostatic mixer collection offers various surface treatment options for different bathroom styles. European styles like rose gold, oil-painted copper, PVD gold, etc., and modern minimalist styles like chrome paint, matte black, white, etc. Additionally, custom surface treatment services are provided according to customer needs.
Market Expertise
Through market analysis, TAKUMIZIMA has expanded and customized the thermostatic shower system product collection to meet the needs of different countries and markets. For example, the 1/2" NPT connector is specially customized for the wall-mounted thermostatic shower system for the North American market.
