(Ngaymoi24h.vn) - With the theme “Real Estate – Interior and Exterior Decoration – Architecture – Construction & Building Materials,” the second International Vietbuild Exhibition in 2020, held at the National Architecture and Construction Exhibition Center (located at 1 Do Duc Duc, Me Tri, Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi), officially opened on November 25. The second International Vietbuild 2020 exhibition was directed and sponsored by the Ministry of Construction, organized by the Ministry of Construction’s Information Center and VNREBUILD International Real Estate Exhibition Organizing Company.
Accordingly, Phuc Thanh Trading and Investment Co., Ltd. proudly presented its latest collection of products, displayed at this exhibition, featuring groundbreaking innovations in the construction materials industry. TAKUMIZXIMA's high-end sanitary equipment is always focused on perfection with environmentally friendly materials, health safety, and maximum user efficiency for customers.
Alongside the development of high-end designs, Takumizima also launched newer, modern collections while minimizing costs to meet most market demands. Specifically, for Solid Surface materials: These are homogeneous materials, ensuring perfection in design while maintaining durability and functionality. The composition of Solid Surface includes:
- Acrylic resin: PMMA (Poly methyl methacrylate 38%)
- Aluminum Hydroxide: 58% Trihydrate (Aluminum Hydroxide Al(OH)3)
- LR4789 4% polyester... fiberglass, and other components. With the correct mixing ratio, this creates a uniform stone mold in terms of quality, design, and technical specifications.
These are then heated to an appropriate temperature, causing the acrylic resin to melt and envelop the components. Among them, the stone powder blends and bonds together. However, during mixing and heating, tiny air bubbles form. Therefore, the material goes through a vacuum vibration process to reshape and remove the air bubbles. Finally, it undergoes cooling and polishing to treat the surface.
At this year’s fair, Phuc Thanh proudly presented TAKUMIZXIMA’s new style products, including matte porcelain items. The elegance and beauty of the porcelain glaze create a perfect atmosphere when placed in the bathroom, with a white matte glaze that easily pairs with modern designs like black, antique gold, and titanium-colored interiors.
With the thickness of the porcelain glaze combined with a Nano coating on the surface, besides its resistance to dirt and easy cleaning, the surface of the porcelain is not corroded by acids or yellow stains. Along with the material applications, the technology used in products like the smart toilet and Japanese-style Jacuzzi massage bathtubs from TAKUMIZIMA bring breakthrough innovations from design to functionality.
In addition to functional applications, Takumizima also focuses on design breakthroughs, offering more options for the sanitary equipment and interior design industries. As a pioneer in design, Takumizima plans to launch new collections soon to meet customer needs – with the Winter 2020 collection promising to deliver exciting experiences in the latest bathroom spaces.
Especially, the in-wall temperature control technology with the new built-in system from TAKUMIZIMA makes it easier to install the thermostatic mixing valve into the wall even before tiling or plastering. This system allows adjustment of the valve’s position and guides the required depth of the wall cavity. The safety system protects the mixing valve from debris and allows for easy removal for maintenance and replacement of the temperature mixing box and filter.
