ORDERING - RETURN POLICY
RETURN AND PRODUCT RECALL POLICY OF TAKUMIZIMA COMPANY
I. REGULATIONS ON EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF PRODUCTS
Conditions for exchanging and returning products:
Customers should check the goods and may exchange or return items at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:
- The product is not the same type, model, or brand as what was ordered, or as shown on the website at the time of ordering.
- The quantity is not correct or accessories are missing.
- The external condition of the product has been affected (e.g., torn packaging, peeling, broken, etc.).
Customers need to provide images and relevant documents proving the above-mentioned issues to complete the exchange/return process.
Exchange time: Within 48 hours of receiving the product in the case of missing accessories, gifts, or breakage (excluding shipping costs).
Return time: Within 14 days from the date of delivery according to the delivery receipt.
Return/Exchange location: Customers can bring the products directly to Takumizima’s showroom/store or send them via postal service (shipping costs are borne by the customer).
II. PRODUCT RECALL POLICY
Conditions for recall:
The product to be recalled must be in its original packaging, with the manufacturer's label intact, and the box should not be torn, broken, crushed, or damaged.
- For orders delivered within 14 days, the recall value is 70% of the product value before VAT (shipping fees are paid by the customer returning the product).
- For orders delivered over 30 days (as per the delivery record), product recall is not applicable.
III. PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY
The supplier guarantees the product during the specified warranty period.
Warranty issues are considered when the defect is due to the manufacturer’s fault, and not related to user error or damage caused by physical impact, water, electrical surges, or other external factors.
For warranty claims, customers need to provide images or video clips clearly showing the defect and proving that it was caused by the manufacturer.
