Material of the Shower Faucet
The EL-1451C shower faucet is made from brass, a corrosion-resistant alloy that does not rust or discolor over time. Brass is also easy to process, allowing for the creation of various shapes and sizes for different parts of the shower faucet. The national standard specifies that the brass content in shower faucets is 59%, zinc (Zn) is 40%, lead is 1-1.9%, and the remaining elements include other metals such as zinc, referred to as 59 brass.

Shower Faucet Production Process
When selecting a shower faucet, it is advisable to choose brass with a composition of 59-62% copper. Brass with lower copper content lacks ideal flexibility and corrosion resistance. Shower faucet models are produced through the die-casting process, where rough products are smoothed and plated using PVD coating technology. This is a plasma deposition technology where materials are vaporized under vacuum conditions, representing the most advanced coating technology today. The plating thickness of the faucet reaches nearly 50µm, creating a smooth and durable surface. As a result, the plated surface of these shower faucets offers high durability and aesthetic appeal.

Advanced Technology of the Shower Faucet
The EL-1451C shower faucet uses SMA thermal mixing technology, which is the most advanced thermal mixing technology available for shower faucet models. The core of the shower faucet, also known as the cartridge, is its thermostat valve core. This core can automatically adjust according to the set temperature and has excellent burn protection functionality. If the switch is accidentally touched and the water temperature exceeds the preset level, the system will automatically cut off the water supply.

        Elderly people and children at home should use a thermostatic shower faucet. The mixing valve will automatically adjust the amount of hot and cold water to ensure the water temperature remains stable at the desired level. Notably, the cartridge in all Takumizima shower faucets uses products from WH, a renowned brand in the bathroom accessory industry.

      The water temperature and flow rate for each function of the EL-1451C shower faucet can be adjusted using the rotating knobs on both sides of the mixing valve. Each function is clearly labeled with easy-to-understand images, making it user-friendly. Additionally, with modern thermostatic technology, the EL-1451C shower faucet is equipped with a child-lock button. To increase the water temperature above 38°C, users must press the button to continue rotating the temperature control knob. Furthermore, in the event of a cold water supply issue (such as blockage or no water supply), the mixing valve will almost immediately shut off to prevent scalding or discomfort for the user.

           The EL-1451C shower faucet features an air-mixing spray function. This function pumps air into the water through the showerhead, which oscillates under the influence of hydrodynamic and aerodynamic spirals, forming a mixture of air and water. This creates a strong yet balanced water spray, providing a pleasant and soothing sensation when showering.

         The showerhead and hand shower of the EL-1451C shower faucet are equipped with nozzles made of soft silicone material, which makes it easy to clean calcium deposits. Simply gently wipe the nozzles, and the calcium build-up will be pushed out, preventing blockages and misalignment of the water flow over time. Additionally, when the water is turned off, the nozzles retract, preventing any residual water from dripping out of the showerhead or hand shower, which could cause inconvenience for the user.

           The EL-1451C shower faucet uses an SMA thermal mixing valve, with the water inlet to the mixer shortened to the minimum. As a result, hot water will almost instantly enter the thermal mixing valve without directly contacting the shower's surface. Additionally, the thick cast body helps prevent heat dissipation into the surrounding environment, minimizing heat loss during use and preventing burns, ensuring safety for the user.

          The EL-1451C shower faucet, with two water inlet pipes, is equipped with a filter membrane to prevent clogging of the thermal mixing valve. With a standard distance of 15cm between the two water inlet pipes, the EL-1451C shower faucet is easy to install, repair, and replace old products.
