PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The EL-1451G showerhead faucet is made from brass, an alloy with excellent corrosion resistance, ensuring the faucet does not rust or discolor over time. Brass is also easy to machine, allowing the faucet components to be molded and cast into various shapes and sizes. According to national standards, the brass content in the showerhead faucet is 59%, zinc (Zn) content is 40%, lead is between 1-1.9%, and the remaining elements include zinc, referred to as "59 brass".

Showerhead Production Process

When choosing a shower faucet product, it is important to select brass with a composition of 59-62%. Brass with too low a composition will have inadequate ductility and corrosion resistance. Showerhead faucets are produced using casting methods. The raw components are then smoothed and coated using PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) technology, which is a plasma coating deposition process. In this process, materials are vaporized under vacuum conditions, representing the most advanced coating technology available today. The coating thickness of the faucet reaches nearly 50µm, creating a uniform, durable, and colorfast surface. Therefore, the plated surface of these showerheads offers high durability and aesthetic appeal.

Advanced Technology of the Showerhead

The EL-1451G showerhead faucet uses SMA thermal mixing technology, which is the most advanced thermal mixing technology currently available for shower faucets. The core of the showerhead, also known as the cartridge, is the thermostat valve core. This core can automatically regulate the water temperature according to the preset settings and offers excellent anti-scalding functionality. If the temperature exceeds the preset limit due to accidental contact with the switch, it will automatically cut off the water supply.

       Elderly people and children at home should use thermostatic shower faucets. The mixing valve will automatically adjust the amount of hot and cold water to maintain a stable water temperature, ensuring it stays at the desired level. Notably, the cartridges of all Takumizima showerheads use those from the well-known WH brand, recognized in the bathroom equipment and accessories industry.

        The water temperature and flow rate for each function of the showerhead faucet are adjusted using the rotary knobs on both sides of the mixing valve. Each function is clearly labeled with intuitive and easy-to-understand images for user convenience. Additionally, with advanced thermal mixing technology, the EL-1451G showerhead faucet is equipped with a child lock button. When the user wants to increase the water temperature above 38°C, they must press the button to continue turning the temperature control knob. Notably, if there is an issue with the cold water supply to the shower (such as blockage or lack of water), the mixing valve will almost immediately shut off the water flow to prevent burns or discomfort to the user.

           The EL-1451G showerhead faucet features an air-mixing spray function. This function injects air into the water through the shower nozzles, which oscillate due to the effects of the water's spiral flow and aerodynamics, creating a mixture of air and water. This generates strong yet gentle water jets, providing a stable and comfortable sensation when showering.

         The showerhead and handheld shower of the EL-1451G shower faucet are equipped with nozzles made from soft silicone material, which makes it easy to clean calcium deposits that accumulate. With a simple swipe of the nozzle, the calcium deposits will be automatically pushed out, preventing blockages and misalignment of the water flow over time. Additionally, when the water is turned off, the nozzles will retract, preventing any remaining water from dripping out of the showerhead or handheld shower, ensuring no inconvenience for the user.

           The thermal mixing valve of the EL-1451G shower faucet uses an SMA thermal mixing system, with the water inlet for the mixing valve shortened to the minimum possible length. As a result, hot water flows almost immediately into the thermal mixing unit without coming into direct contact with the showerhead surface. Combined with the thick, cast casing, this design prevents heat dissipation into the surrounding environment, minimizes heat loss during use, and ensures that it does not cause burns, making it safe for users.

          The EL-1451G showerhead faucet features dual water inlets equipped with filters to prevent clogging of the thermal mixing valve. With a standard spacing of 15cm between the two water supply lines, the EL-1451G showerhead is easy to install, repair, and replace with older products.
