Material of the Shower

The FC-1456T shower is made from brass (also known as brass alloy), a material with excellent corrosion resistance, ensuring that it will not rust or discolor over time. Additionally, brass is very easy to process, allowing it to be shaped and cast into various forms and sizes for different shower components. According to national standards, the brass content in the shower faucets is 59%, zinc content is 40%, lead is 1-1.9%, and the remaining part consists of elements like zinc, commonly referred to as 59 brass.

Shower Manufacturing Process
When choosing a shower faucet, we should select brass with a copper content of 59-62%. Brass with lower copper content will not have ideal ductility and corrosion resistance. The shower faucets are produced using a molding casting method, where the rough products are then smoothed and coated using PVD coating technology, a plasma deposition technology where materials are vaporized under vacuum conditions. This is the most advanced coating technology available today. The coating thickness of the faucets reaches up to nearly 50µm, creating a smooth and durable surface. Therefore, the coated surface of these shower models has high durability and aesthetic appeal.

Advanced Technology of the Shower Faucet
The FC-1456T shower faucet uses the advanced SMA thermal mixing technology, which is the most modern thermal mixing technology available for shower models today. The core of the shower faucet, also known as the cartridge, is its thermostatic valve core. This core can self-regulate according to the set temperature and has excellent burn protection features. If the switch is accidentally touched and the water temperature exceeds the preset level, it will automatically cut off the water supply.

        Elderly people and children at home should use thermostatic shower faucets. The mixing valve will automatically adjust the flow of hot and cold water to maintain a stable output temperature according to the desired setting. Notably, the cartridge of all Takumizima shower faucets uses cartridges from the well-known WH brand, renowned in the bathroom accessories industry.

        The water temperature and flow rate for each function of the shower faucet will be adjusted using the control knobs on both sides of the mixing valve. The functions are clearly labeled with easy-to-understand images for user convenience. Additionally, with advanced thermostatic mixing technology, the FC-1456T shower faucet is equipped with a child lock button. To increase the water temperature above 38°C, users must press the button to continue adjusting the temperature control knob. Furthermore, if there is an issue with the cold water supply (blockage or failure to supply water), the mixing valve will almost immediately shut off to prevent scalding or discomfort for the user.

           The FC-1456T shower faucet features an air-mixing spray function. This function pumps air into the water through the showerhead nozzles, which oscillate under the influence of the water flow's spiral dynamics and aerodynamics, forming a mixture of air and water. This creates a strong but balanced water stream, providing a stable and comfortable feeling when showering.

         The showerhead and hand shower of the FC-1456T shower faucet are equipped with nozzles made from soft, non-slip rubber, making it easy to clean calcium deposits that build up. Simply rubbing the nozzles lightly will cause the calcium deposits to be pushed out, preventing clogging and misalignment of the water flow over time. Additionally, when the water is turned off, the nozzles retract, preventing any remaining water from dripping from the showerhead or hand shower, avoiding inconvenience for the user.

           The FC-1456T shower faucet uses an SMA mixing valve with the water inlet shortened to the minimum possible length. As a result, hot water enters the mixing valve almost immediately without coming into direct contact with the shower surface. Additionally, the thick, cast outer casing helps prevent heat dissipation into the surrounding environment, minimizing heat loss during use and ensuring that the user does not experience burns, making it safe to use.

         The FC-1456T shower faucet, with two water inlets, is equipped with a filter to prevent blockages in the mixing valve. With a standard distance of 15cm between the two water inlet pipes, the FC-1456T shower is easy to install, repair, and replace old products.
